Bella Noor Skincare is a luxury skincare brand targeting the US market with a range of clean, ingredient-led formulations. They came to us needing an e-commerce presence that matched the premium quality of their products — one that could convert first-time visitors into loyal subscribers.
The brand had beautiful products but a basic Shopify theme that undercut their premium positioning. Cart abandonment was high, product pages weren't communicating ingredient stories effectively, and there was no subscription offering — a critical missed revenue stream.
We rebuilt the storefront from scratch with custom Shopify sections, a rich ingredient storytelling layer on product pages, a subscription and bundle model powered by Recharge, and a streamlined express checkout flow. Brand identity was refreshed with refined typography and a warmer colour palette.
Conversion rate improved 41% in the first 60 days. Average order value rose 28% after bundling was introduced. Subscription signups went from zero to 200+ in the first six weeks. The brand is now expanding into two new retail channels.
